Risk Disclosure

When you want to trade CFDs, one of the things you should consider is whether or not you can tolerate highly risking your financial assets. Please note that if you’re not an experienced investor, and you don’t have the capability to sustain losses, you shouldn’t invest in CFDs. You should also know that trading shares without any margin has less risk than trading leveraged CFDS.

By default, markets are volatile, and that’s mainly what makes trading CFDs so risky. Trading CFDs on any underlying product, automatically comes with a high level of risk, especially when there’s added leverage
(margin).

CFD trading doesn’t suit all investors or traders because of the high risk of losing all of your investment, and so it may be unsuitable for all investors. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Make sure you’re fully aware of all the risks CFD trading is involved with before you start your trading journey. We highly recommend you consult an independent, knowledgeable, and fully licensed financial advisor before you start trading CFDs.

We completely refuse to be held liable for any of the following circumstances:
loss or damage in whole or part caused by, resulting from, or linked to any transactions related to CFDs or;
direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.

There’s a remarkable and notable level of peril when replicating other traders’ investment attitudes even if they’re very experienced. Just like when you’re trading any asset and on any platform, trading on ZH1 has a risk resulting from the likelihood of you following the trading decisions of possibly inexperienced/unprofessional traders. Remember that not all traders have the same end goal and intention as you and their financial status may be very different from yours which might be the reason they tolerate the overall risk associated with CFD trading while you can’t.
