Every cent you have invested into your ZH1 Capital trading account is yours. Never forget that! Another good thing we believe you should know is that all ZH1 client funds are held in segregated bank accounts to ensure the funds aren’t used when it comes to operational costs.
You first request a withdrawal via your trading portal, the ZH1 Capital Client Area.
Our Back Office Team reviews your withdrawal request and starts to process it.
Once our Back Office Team has processed it, they send you your money.
Your funds are sent to you and you can choose to reinvest them or not.
